Tagine Style Spice Blend

Vibrant heat and fruity tanginess, this fantastically complex spice blend is perfectly suited for meat and vegetarian dishes. Lamb or chicken, rubbed with this spice and slow cooked with fresh garlic, dried tomatoes, dried apricots, sultanas, onions, peppers, chickpeas and potatoes served over couscous with a dash of fresh cilantro, mint and yoghurt is indescribably good. An excellent addition to burgers, roasted chicken and lentil stew.
