Spicy BBQ Rub for Ribs & Chicken

A spicy, tangy and complex blend that works well with chicken, pork and beef either as a rub or marinade. Often used as the base of spicy BBQ ribs or chicken wings. Ribs are especially good when marinated with our spice blend together with fresh ginger, garlic, thyme, rosemary, dried apricots and sweet Indonesian soy sauce (kecap manis). For wings, add fresh garlic and sweet Indonesian soy sauce to the marinade, rub in well, leave for a few hours and slow bake in the oven or throw them on the BBQ – amazing.
